1. About Ocean Pharmaceuticals

Ocean Pharmaceuticals Nigeria ("Ocean", "we", "us") is a pharmacy-led wellness company offering structured health review programmes, membership plans, and NAFDAC-approved health supplements. Our programmes are supervised by a licensed pharmacist (Pharm. Chisom Okoloagu) registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or purchase any product.
• You must be located in Nigeria or be a Nigerian resident to access our delivery and fulfilment services.
• You confirm that any information you provide to us (name, contact details, health interests) is accurate and truthful.

3. Health Programmes — Scope and Limitations

What our programmes include

Each Ocean health review programme includes: an initial pharmacist-led consultation (via WhatsApp or in person), a personalised supplement recommendation, monitoring support and follow-up check-ins, and access to relevant educational content.

What our programmes do not include

• Medical diagnosis of any condition
• Prescriptions (except where facilitated through a licensed prescriber with separate consent)
• Emergency health services — in an emergency, call your nearest hospital or 112
• Guaranteed results — supplement outcomes vary by individual

Supplement language

All descriptions of our supplements on this website and in our communications use "may support" language, consistent with NAFDAC and Nigerian advertising guidelines. We do not claim that any supplement cures, treats, or prevents any disease or medical condition.

4. Membership Terms

Membership tiers and billing

• Silver Membership: ₦10,000/month
• Gold Membership: ₦15,000/month
• Platinum Membership: ₦30,000/month

Membership is billed monthly and confirmed via WhatsApp or direct payment to Ocean Pharmaceuticals. Payment must be completed before programme services commence for that month.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Membership changes

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing members will be informed via WhatsApp before any price change takes effect.

5. Prescription Products

Certain products available through Ocean Pharmaceuticals require a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner. These products are clearly identified and will only be dispensed after we verify a current prescription. By requesting a prescription product, you confirm that you have a valid prescription and consent to sharing relevant prescriber details with us.

6. Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials displayed on this website are from real clients who gave us explicit consent to publish their feedback. We do not fabricate, alter, or pay for testimonials. If you submit a testimonial or review, you grant Ocean Pharmaceuticals the right to use it (in edited or unedited form) on our website and marketing materials. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, programme names, and design — is the property of Ocean Pharmaceuticals Nigeria. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Ocean Pharmaceuticals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services
• Reliance on any information provided on our website
• Any supplement interaction with medication (you are advised to inform your doctor of all supplements you take)
• Delays in delivery outside our control

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service or product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify existing members of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Nigeria.
