Information from WhatsApp communications

If you contact us via WhatsApp (+234 815 790 0763), we will retain a record of those conversations for the purposes of delivering your health review, following up, and improving our service. WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours.

Your contact information submitted via website forms is stored securely in our customer relationship management system (Airtable), which is hosted on servers in the United States and governed by Airtable's own security and data processing policies. We have implemented access controls to ensure only authorised Ocean Pharmaceuticals staff can view your data.

We retain your personal data for as long as your health programme or membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7 below).
